Fairview Road and Chapel Hill Road Roundabout

The City of Columbia is seeking bids for the installation of a roundabout at the intersection of Fairview Road and Chapel Hill Road. The project includes mobilization, clearing and grubbing, traffic control, excavation, and other related work. The contract period will be for a duration of 120 days from the date of notice to proceed. The bidder must provide a firm, fixed price for all line items in accordance with the provisions and requirements stated in the RFB. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to negotiate with any bidder considered qualified. Some key requirements of the project include: * Compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations * Payment of prevailing wages as specified in the Missouri Division of Labor Standards Annual Wage Order No. 32 * Provision of a performance bond and a labor and material payment bond * Compliance with the City's terms and conditions stated in the sample contract attachment * Ability to do business in the State of Missouri by registration of business name with the Secretary of State * Complete warranty information for any applicable items, including coverage terms and duration The bidder should provide information about their organization, including a brief company history, nature of business, and list of current contracts/clients.
