Description
The City of Valdosta is seeking a qualified general contractor to execute a comprehensive park‑improvement project at Scott Park. The scope includes site grading, installation of chain‑link and vinyl fencing with swing gates, concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, handicap‑accessible ramps, pavement striping, and the construction of a new basketball court, three new pickleball courts, and associated lighting upgrades. The contract is unit‑price based, with a 105‑day performance period and liquidated damages of $500 per day for late completion.
