Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide technical support services for the Lynx Duress & Mass Notification System at the VA Western Colorado Health Care System. The system is a proprietary system developed and owned by Lynx Systems, and only Lynx Systems can provide authorized software updates, patches, and fixes. The contractor will be required to provide ongoing support of the current system, including maintenance, updates, and technical support. The contract will be for a base year with four option years.
