Description
The US Department of State intends to award a sole source contract to Service First GP Ltd for the replacement of Chancery HVAC condenser coils at the US Embassy in Cotonou, Benin. The contract includes the provision of all materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to remove existing corroded condenser coils and install new condenser coils on both Chancery chillers. The work must be performed within 12 to 20 weeks.
• The contractor must be an authorized TRANE dealer and provide genuine O&M condenser coils with marine coating treatment.
• The contractor must have the technical capability and qualified personnel to install and commission the specialized equipment.
• The contractor must be willing to perform work at an overseas US diplomatic facility and comply with all US Government requirements.
• The contractor must be able to meet the urgent timeline required to restore critical cooling services to the Chancery in less than a year.
