Spartanburg County is seeking qualified contractors to replace the existing bridge on Freys Drive (County Road L‑1430) over Jimmies Creek. The scope includes demolition of the existing structure, geotechnical stabilization, construction of a new 100‑ft simple‑span box‑beam bridge, associated roadway work, traffic control, utility coordination, and compliance with SCDOT specifications.
