Description
The City of Portland is seeking a consultant to develop a limited profit workforce housing finance strategy. The consultant will provide expertise in multifamily housing finance and development to assist the City in developing a comprehensive strategy. The scope of work includes identifying best practices for limited profit housing, developing prototypical development scenarios, and providing recommendations for a limited profit workforce housing program. The consultant will also participate in a limited profit housing finance symposium and work with the City to include recommendations in a report to the City Council.
