Description
The US Air Force is seeking a sole source contractor to provide installation and maintenance services for the Unify OpenScape telecommunications systems. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items necessary for the completion of the requirement. The system must be installed and maintained in accordance with relevant regulations, including AFMAN 10-207 and DoDI 8100.04. The contractor must also provide 24/7 customer service and technical support.
• The system must be installed at a primary command post and alternate command post.
• The contractor must provide 6 controller positions, 8 radio interfaces, 2 servers, and other peripheral equipment.
• The contractor must have experience working with Unify OpenScape Xpert products.
• The contractor must be able to provide maintenance and technical support for the system.
