The Metropolitan State University of Denver is providing notice of a contractor's settlement with Howell Construction for the MSU Denver Health Institute (Interprofessional Simulation & Skills Hub Renovation) project. The notice is for any person or entity with an unpaid claim against the project to file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim. The settlement will be made on April 17, 2026.
