Description
The City of Albany is seeking a contractor to provide aerial orthophotography and oblique images for the entirety of Dougherty County, GA. The contractor will be required to capture high-resolution certified ortho and oblique imagery countywide, preferably in 3-inch resolution in populated areas and 6-inch resolution elsewhere. The imagery will be delivered in various file formats and must integrate with platforms such as ESRI ArcGIS solutions, CAMA software, qPublic, WinGAP, and Autodesk. The contractor will also be required to provide a complete change detection solution, disaster coverage, and technical support.
• The contractor must have experience in providing aerial ortho and oblique imagery services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products.
• The contractor must be able to capture imagery in leaf-off conditions, with 30% or less leaf cover.
• The contractor must provide a detailed project schedule, including milestones and deadlines.
• The contractor must be able to deliver the final product within 60 days of capture completion.
• The contractor must provide free onsite training as part of their delivery.
