The State of Washington Office of Independent Investigations is seeking a lease for existing warehouse space in Thurston County. The agency requires approximately 4,700 sq ft of rentable warehouse space, at least 30 secured vehicle‑parking stalls, and a loading bay. The lease term is two years, with occupancy desired by December 1 2024. The location must be within the defined geographic area, outside the 100‑year FEMA flood plain, and meet Washington’s energy code.
