MCAS Multiple Building Painting/Flooring Repairs

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command is seeking bids for the MCAS Multiple Building Painting/Flooring Repairs project at MCB Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. The project involves painting and flooring repairs in multiple buildings, including buildings A66, AS236, AS237, AS4108, G920, G640, RR465, and AS217, as well as building HP301. The contractor will be responsible for completing all work associated with the provided drawings and specifications. The estimated cost range for the project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. • The project requires the contractor to conduct their operations to cause the least possible interference with the normal operations of the facility/activity. • The contractor must provide employees with 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours they work, up to 56 hours of paid sick leave each year. • The contractor must comply with the Buy American Requirement-Construction Materials. • The contractor must submit prices for each Exhibit Line Item Number (ELIN) given in the pricing sheet.
