Trenchless Culvert Restoration 2026 (RFP)

The State of CT - DAS Procurement is seeking a contractor to provide trenchless culvert restoration services on a fixed price basis for two culverts located in Simsbury, CT. The services will include the restoration of the Lucy Brook Culvert, a 35-foot long, twin barrel, corrugated steel plate 7.5’ x 4’ pipe arch, and the Munnisunk Brook Culvert, a 70-foot long, 30” diameter corrugated metal pipe. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the restoration work. • The restoration methods may include cure in place pipe (CIPP), slip lining, epoxy coating, geopolymer, etc. • The contractor will be required to provide a detailed proposal outlining their approach, methodology, and pricing for the restoration work. • The proposal should include all necessary information, such as the contractor's experience, qualifications, and references. • The State of CT - DAS Procurement reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate with the selected contractor.
