The City of Saco is requesting sealed bids to fully replace a failed septic system for a single‑family residence at 199 Heath Road (Map 110‑Lot 19). The scope includes removal of the existing system, installation of a complete new septic system (including any necessary pump station), site restoration, and all associated piping, valves, back‑fill, grading, and electrical work. Bidders must submit a completed bid response form in a sealed envelope by the deadline, and may attend an optional site visit on October 15, 2019.
