Description
The City of Fairfax seeks a qualified contractor to replace aging water service lines and upgrade sanitary connections across the municipality. The scope includes both private and public side water service replacements, trenchless utility construction, and related site work, all governed by Minnesota PFA contract provisions, state/federal wage rules, Buy America requirements, and DBE goals.
• Replace 19 private‑side water service lines and 9 public‑side water service lines.
• Install 19 new sanitary service connections and perform associated excavation and restoration.
• Perform all work in accordance with detailed plans and specifications, complying with state and federal labor and Buy‑America mandates.
