U.S. Space Force (USSF) Space Based Interceptor (SBI) Pre-solicitation notice for Prototype Proposal (RPP)

The U.S. Space Force (USSF) Space Systems Command (SSC) is intending to release a Request for Prototype Proposal (RPP) for Space Based Interceptors (SBI) LOE 2M. The SSC/SCP will be looking for kinetic midcourse interceptor solutions only. The Government anticipates award(s) in February 2026, and the awards may result in multiple fixed price Other Transaction Agreements. The eligible companies should submit the required information to receive the RPP documentation upon release. • The RPP Bidders Library will be made available upon request to eligible companies that are currently authorized to access unclassified export controlled technical data/critical technology. • Companies must provide an approved DD Form 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement, to demonstrate eligibility to receive the Bidders Library. • The Government intends to use non-Government personnel for the review and analysis of any feedback submitted and the proposals.
