Description
The Public Employment Relations Board (PERB) seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive election services for the State of California over a three‑year period. The contractor will manage both mailed‑ballot and electronic elections, from ballot design and printing through distribution, secure online voting, help‑desk support, tallying, reporting, and data‑security compliance. The scope includes project management, regular status reporting, and adherence to stringent data‑retention and destruction requirements.
• Provide full‑service mailed‑ballot production, mailing, receipt, sorting, and tabulation.
• Develop and operate a secure, encrypted electronic voting platform with unique PINs, voter support, and real‑time reporting.
• Deliver project management, status updates, and comply with NIST 800‑53, SIMM, and California data‑security standards.
