Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to perform mowing services at the South Flats Pasture in Idaho. The contractor will be required to mow approximately 2,176 acres of land. The performance period for this contract is from October 1, 2026, to November 15, 2026, which is a total of 46 days, including holidays and weekends. The contractor will need to start work within three days of being notified by the Contracting Officer Representative (COR). The mowing will coincide with fall/early winter weather and ground conditions, and work will not be permitted if conditions will result in damage to soils and non-target vegetation.
• The contractor will need to have the capability to mow 60 acres per day using two 14-foot mowers.
• The contractor will need to be prepared for limited access due to muddy or wet conditions.
• The contractor will need to ensure that the work does not result in damage to soils and non-target vegetation.
