Description
The Ohio Department of Administrative Services is seeking a contractor to provide printing services for the Wild Ohio Magazine Issue 1 2026. The project involves printing 47,000 copies of the magazine, which will be 36 pages in total, including 32 pages of text and a cover. The magazine will be printed in four-color process, saddle-stitched, and have a UV-coated cover. The contractor will also be responsible for addressing and mailing the magazines to subscribers. The delivery date for the magazines is February 2, 2026.
• The magazine must be printed on white, gloss-coated 80# cover stock and white, coated 70# text stock.
• The cover must have a clear gloss UV coating, except where the address is imprinted.
• The text must be printed in four-color process throughout at a minimum of 120 dpi.
• The contractor must provide a high-quality print PDF with 0.25in bleeds on all sides and offset crop marks.
• The contractor must also provide a copy of PS Form 3541 showing the breakdown cost for the mailing.
