Engineering Service - CSAH9 Reconstruction Project

The County of Hennepin is seeking proposals for engineering design services for the County State Aid Highway (CSAH) 9 (42nd Avenue) Reconstruction project. The project aims to replace aging infrastructure and implement equitable Complete and Green Street design strategies to improve safety, accessibility, and comfort for all modes, ages, and abilities along the corridor. • The project is located in the cities of Crystal and Robbinsdale, MN. • The County will use a Qualifications-Based Selection (QBS) process to select a Proposer. • Proposers must submit their proposals in the Hennepin County Supplier Portal. • The proposal due date is January 19, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. • The County reserves the right to modify the RFP at any time prior to the proposal due date.
