Noise Transmission Testing

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA is soliciting quotes for Noise Transmission Testing. The contractor will be required to conduct Noise Isolation Class (NIC) tests for up to 146 wall/door/roof assemblies and provide a test report/certificate after completion of testing and data analysis. The testing will be conducted using a precision sound level meter and professional grade loudspeaker. The contractor will also be required to deliver the test results within 30 days. The contract will be a firm fixed price order and the payment will be made through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. • The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. • The contractor must have a designated electronic business point of contact in the SAM database. • The contractor must be registered to use WAWF at https://wawf.eb.mil/. • The contractor must provide a full report on the results of the testing within 30 days. • The contractor must deliver the test results electronically in PDF and/or Microsoft Excel format. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to security and confidentiality.
