Night Vision Device Carry Pouch & Administrative Pouch Request for Information

The U.S. Army is seeking commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) pouches for night vision devices and administrative purposes. The pouches must be compatible with the Modular Lightweight Load-carrying Equipment (MOLLE) interlocking attachment system. The night vision device pouch should be able to house an Enhanced Night Vision Goggle-Bravo (ENVG-B) and its components, while the administrative pouch should carry small notebooks, writing tools, and other items. The pouches should be water-resistant, made in the U.S., and Berry-Amendment compliant. • The pouches will be used in an experiment with Soldiers to identify key characteristics. • The Army is seeking vendors who have these types of pouches in their current retail inventory. • Responses should include company name, CAGE code, product description, photos, retail price, production capacity, and quality management system information. • The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Notice.
