CLEAN BUILDING PERFORMANCE STANDARDS CONSULTANT

The City of Kennewick is seeking a consultant to assist with benchmarking, developing Operation and Maintenance plans, and developing an Energy Management Plan to comply with the Clean Buildings Performance Standard (CBPS). The consultant will also submit required documents to Washington state and assist with obtaining grant funding. The scope of work includes reviewing the existing City of Kennewick Energy Star Portfolio Manager, developing operation and maintenance plans, and providing a certified benchmark report. • The consultant will derive dimensional takeoffs using provided architectural drawings to validate gross floor area and space configurations. • The consultant will conduct a site walk to confirm space use types and calculate an accurate weighted Energy Use Intensity Target (EUIt). • The consultant will provide a certified benchmark report confirming Energy Star account information and EUIt calculations. • The consultant will assist the City with identification of and application for available implementation grant funding/assistance from Federal or State agencies.
