Description
The Washington State Department of Transportation is seeking consulting firms to become pre‑qualified for a variety of professional services. Firms that complete the pre‑qualification process will be placed on a roster valid from July 1 2026 through June 30 2027 and will be eligible to compete for specific WSDOT projects during that period. The solicitation caps individual contract awards at $2 million and requires submission of a pre‑qualification form, indirect cost rate documentation, labor classification cross‑walk, wage‑theft certification, and a master pricing agreement. Submissions are accepted via email on a continuous basis.
