Upland Unified School District is seeking a single full‑service lead agency to deliver both Expanded Learning Opportunities (ELOP) and After‑School Education and Safety (ASES) programs for grades TK‑8 across five district schools. The contractor will provide daily after‑school programming (approximately 3 hours per day, five days a week) for 180 school days, covering literacy, enrichment, physical activity, and snack provision, and will also run summer/ELOP‑only sessions. All staff must be NCLB‑qualified, hold required certifications, and meet background‑check standards. Pricing must be submitted on a per‑student‑per‑day basis, with no preset ceiling, and the contract is initially one year with up to four one‑year extensions (maximum five years).
