Out of School Time Activities

Albuquerque Public Schools is seeking community‑based organizations to deliver comprehensive out‑of‑school‑time (OST) programs and/or specialized enrichment activities at its schools. Providers must staff on‑site personnel, coordinate safety and emergency protocols, manage student registration and attendance, and submit quarterly performance reports. The contract can be awarded for up to eight years and may be multi‑award, with pricing driven by per‑student fee schedules. • Services include full‑day before/after‑school care (Tier 1) or stand‑alone enrichment sessions (Tier 2). • Vendors must submit detailed cost rates per student, per day, and per week (Tier 1) or per session (Tier 2) and sign all addenda. • Requirements cover background checks, badge clearance, staff training, nutrition/snack provisions (Tier 1), and compliance with federal, state, and district regulations.
