The State of Nebraska’s Department of Administrative Services, through its State Purchasing Bureau, is seeking qualified bidders to supply a complete suite of radio studio equipment for two on‑air studios and two production suites. The procurement covers a detailed bill of materials that includes live‑wire control systems, VoIP phone infrastructure, high‑performance IP‑audio interfaces, modular AoIP mixing consoles, fader modules, mixing engines, rack‑mounted endpoints, studio monitors, lighting and strobe alerts, microphones, headphone amplifiers, power inserters, and related accessories. All equipment must be brand‑specific, new, and meet the technical specifications outlined in the solicitation. Delivery is required within 45 days of order receipt, with a one‑year warranty and full insurance coverage. The contract may remain open for up to 18 months for additional purchases.
