Description
The opportunity is for the supply and delivery of light fixtures and ceiling fans for use in residential and non-residential facilities. The contractor shall provide new, unused light fixtures and/or ceiling fans that meet the specifications provided by the government. The procurement includes the purchase of various types of light fixtures, such as ceiling lights, wall lamps, and dining room lights, as well as ceiling fans. The contractor shall deliver the items to the location designated by the government and ensure that they are properly packaged and protected against damage during transportation.
• The contractor shall provide manufacturer product data sheets, catalog cuts and specifications, warranty information, and documentation demonstrating compliance with applicable standards.
• The government reserves the right to inspect all delivered items to verify correct quantity, compliance with specifications, absence of shipping damage, and proper manufacturer labeling and documentation.
• The contractor shall provide specified light fixtures and/or ceiling fans, manufacturer documentation and warranty information, and delivery documentation and packing list.
• The procurement is limited to the supply and delivery of light fixtures and/or ceiling fans only, and excludes installation, removal of existing fixtures or fans, electrical work, testing and commissioning, programming or controls integration, and disposal of existing equipment.
