Sexual Assault Evidence Kit and Forms

The State of Montana, Department of Justice is seeking Offerors to supply the agency with sexual assault evidence kits and forms. The contract value for a possible five-year contract, purchasing an estimated 550-650 kits per year, cannot exceed $60,000. The Offeror must provide a cost proposal including Kit, forms, and label design, production, and expected shipping costs must be incorporated in the cost per kit.
