Planning and Engineering IDIQ, Los Angeles District (SPL), USACE

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District, is seeking information from qualified sources for a potential Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide planning and engineering services. The services will support projects and programs primarily throughout Southern California, Southern Nevada, Southwestern Utah, and Arizona. The contract is expected to encompass a wide range of planning and civil engineering services, including plan formulation, data analysis, hydraulic and hydrologic modeling, engineering and design, cost estimation, and public involvement and facilitation. • The contract will have a 5-year ordering period. • The MATOC ceiling is estimated to be $5M. • The government is seeking to identify qualified sources under NAICS code 541330-Engineering Services. • Interested sources must submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to perform the work. • The capability statement must include previous experience with task orders of similar scope, magnitude, and complexity. • The government will use the information gathered to determine the feasibility of a MATOC and to identify potential contractors.
