Ready Mix Concrete

The County of Steuben is seeking bids for the supply of ready-mix concrete. The contractor shall deliver the product to County-designated sites within the awarded quadrant(s). The bid documents are available at the Steuben County Purchasing Department or on the County's website. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms and must be received by the Purchasing Department by 1:30 PM on February 5, 2026. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. • The contractor must have sufficient and approved materials and equipment to fulfill its responsibilities. • The contractor must have sufficient staff available to fulfill its responsibilities. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to prevailing wage and supplements. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance and a policy endorsement covering items A, B, and C as specified in the bid documents. • The contractor must provide a certificate of workers' compensation insurance coverage.
