Description
Fayette County Public Schools is seeking pressure washing services for school buildings, sidewalks, concession stands, and stadium seating. The selected respondent will be required to provide all pressure washing equipment, chemicals, and labor for each project. The contract term is from the time of award through June 30, 2026, with an option to renew for three additional terms.
Some key requirements include:
* Providing a list of employees who will be onsite
* Conducting criminal background checks for each employee
* Adhering to Fayette County Public Schools policies while onsite
* Scheduling all projects with Beria Orr, Facilities Coordinator, prior to site arrival
* Reporting any damage and peeling paint that may occur during the project
