Description
The United States Marine Corps is seeking bids for the purchase of a minimum of 100,000 pounds of Baled Old Corrugated Containers (OCC) with a sale term of 1 year. The buyer will be responsible for picking up the materials and must agree to the terms and conditions listed in the bid solicitation. The government reserves the right to vary the quantity tendered or delivered to the purchaser by 10% when the property is sold by weight. The buyer will be required to make payments by certified check or postal money order, and all billing weights will be based on the QRP's certified base scales weight tickets.
• The buyer must pick up the materials in strict accordance with the conditions listed in the bid solicitation.
• The buyer will be responsible for all damage to the property and must assume full liability for all damages.
• The government may terminate the agreement by providing 30 days' written notice to the buyer.
• The buyer understands that the government will not refund any portion of the amount of consideration set forth above.
