Organic Defoamer

The County of Orange’s OC Waste & Recycling department is seeking qualified vendors to supply an organic defoamer for use at the Olinda Landfill leachate treatment system. The product must rapidly suppress foam, be compatible with existing wastewater treatment equipment, and be delivered in 55‑gallon drums or 275‑gallon totes on an as‑needed basis. The contractor will also provide safety data sheets, batch/lot identification, and coordinate delivery logistics. No minimum quantity is set; the County will issue purchase orders as required. Bids must be submitted electronically by October 23, 2026, and all questions are due by October 9, 2026.
