Green Dot Public Schools (GDPS) is seeking a qualified HVAC contractor to deliver comprehensive heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning services across 18 school campuses in the Los Angeles area. The work includes a structured preventive‑maintenance (PM) program, on‑demand corrective repairs, 24/7 emergency response, and coordination with building automation systems where applicable. The contract is a hybrid fixed‑fee/time‑and‑materials arrangement, beginning 1 July 2026 for an initial one‑year term with up to two optional one‑year extensions. Vendors must hold a California C‑20 HVAC contractor license, demonstrate experience with K‑12 facilities, provide detailed pricing, and meet insurance and safety requirements.
