Compressor Motor Rebuild - AVCF

The Colorado Department of Corrections is seeking a proposal for the rebuild of a Chiller compressor motor for the Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility. The scope of work includes the teardown and diagnostic procedures, refrigerant management, system maintenance and verification, and final project completion. The proposal should include a scope of work, key personnel, and pricing. The evaluation criteria will include qualifications, vendor experience, vendor capabilities, and pricing. • The proposal should be thorough and address the requirements set forth in the solicitation. • The Offeror should demonstrate their ability to work directly with the manufacturer through the rebuild process. • The Offeror should have experience working in a correctional setting and accessing and programming proprietary TRANE software. • The Offeror should be able to provide and implement a turnkey repair prior to March 30, 2026.
