The State of Oregon is seeking qualified contractors to replace the existing Variable‑Refrigerant‑Flow (VRF) cooling system at the Department of Public Safety Standards and Training (DPSST) facility in Salem. The work includes removal of the current two‑tower VRF system, demolition of associated equipment and ductwork, installation of new VRF equipment (Daikin outdoor units, indoor fan‑coil units, and branch controllers), required electrical upgrades, testing, balancing, commissioning, and training of DPSST staff. The project must integrate with the building’s automation system and comply with Buy‑America, prevailing‑wage, and state safety standards.
