Description
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is seeking a contractor to provide statewide signal maintenance services. The scope of work includes troubleshooting, repair, and installation tasks for traffic signal communications equipment. The contractor will be required to provide a single crew that will work every week, with a minimum crew of one Electronic Technician. The contractor will also be required to provide a bid price for a Laborer. The contract will be for an initial period of one year, with the option to extend for four additional one-year periods.
* Key responsibilities include:
* Troubleshooting and repair of traffic signal communications equipment
* Installation of traffic signal equipment and materials
* Preventive maintenance of traffic signal equipment
* Coordination with utilities and other stakeholders
* Provision of a single crew with a minimum of one Electronic Technician
* Provision of a bid price for a Laborer
* Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
* Maintenance of accurate records and reports
