KSU - Roll-Up Doors and Loading Docks

Kennesaw State University is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement services for roll‑up doors, loading docks, dock levelers, seals, bumpers, safety devices, and related accessories on both the Kennesaw and Marietta campuses. The contract will cover routine scheduled inspections, emergency 24/7 response, full replacement when beyond repair, compliance with OSHA/ANSI/manufacturer standards, detailed reporting, and coordination with university facilities. The agreement is initially for one year with up to four one‑year renewal options, and the contractor must supply all labor, tools, materials, insurance, and licensing. • Perform routine inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and part replacements per manufacturer specs. • Provide 24/7 emergency response (on‑site within 4 hours) and full replacement services as needed. • Deliver inspection reports, service logs, cost estimates, and maintain compliance documentation; adhere to safety, GA‑811 “Call Before You Dig,” and university policies.
