Description
The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide and install kitchen equipment for the Camp Shelby Dining Facility. The required equipment includes a serving line, convection ovens, refrigerators, freezers, and a griddle. The contractor must provide detailed descriptions and pricing for each item. The contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is the most advantageous to the Government.
• The serving line must be a standard serving line with no specific model or brand required.
• The convection ovens must be double stack and gas-powered.
• The refrigerators and freezers must be 2-door reach-in units with a capacity of at least 42.3 cu.ft.
• The griddle must be 48”x 21” in size with a ¾” thick smooth steel plate and 208/240/60 1-PH or 3-ph voltage.
• The hot food serving counter must have 4 wells and be stationary with no sneeze guard required.
