DeCA - A-E MATOC Project

The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) has issued a Sources Sought Notice (SSN) to identify qualified architectural‑engineering firms for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) that will support design and engineering of commissary facilities, warehouses, cold‑storage, food‑processing, data centers and other structures on DoD installations worldwide. The effort will be structured as a Firm‑Fixed‑Price IDIQ with a performance period of up to five years, covering sites in the CONUS, territories, and OCONUS locations (Europe, Middle East, Far East). Participation is voluntary; responses will be used for market research and to build a qualified source pool for future simplified acquisitions. Firms must demonstrate extensive experience in commissary or supermarket design and industrial refrigeration.
