The City of Asheville is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and deliver four new Chevrolet vehicles: two Chevrolet Tahoe Police Pursuit Vehicles (PPV) and two Chevrolet Silverado EV crew‑cab work trucks, each meeting detailed model‑year, equipment, and emissions specifications. The contract requires the vehicles to be brand‑new, delivered to the city’s fleet management facility, accompanied by all required documentation, warranty, and insurance coverage. The vendor must adhere to the city’s MWBE policy, tax‑delinquency restrictions, and provide proof of insurance and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Provide 2 Chevrolet Tahoe PPVs (2025 or newer) with 9C1 police package, remote‑start, 4‑key/fob, and required accessories.
• Provide 2 Chevrolet Silverado EV crew‑cab work trucks (2025 or newer) with work‑truck equipment group, dual‑mode charger, and specified tire/wheel package.
• Deliver vehicles to 173 South Charlotte Street, Asheville, NC, within the city‑specified delivery window; include manufacturer’s certificates, inspection paperwork, and warranty.
• Maintain required insurance limits (CGL $1 M/$2 M, Auto $1 M SLP, Workers’ Comp) and comply with MWBE and E‑Verify requirements.
• Submit sealed bids by February 12, 2026 3:00 PM; all questions must be submitted by February 3, 2026 3:00 PM.
