Altair Mechanical Engineer Multiphysics/Mechatronics software license

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate a firm-fixed priced purchase order on a sole source basis with Siemens Industry Software, Inc. for the procurement of 45 units of Altair Mechanical Engineer software. The software licenses shall be effective for one year after inspection and acceptance and activation of the software licenses. The purpose of this acquisition is to obtain an Integrated Simulation, Digital Twin, and Data Analytics platform that supports system-level co-simulation, enables development and deployment of digital twins, provides integrated data analytics, machine learning, and visualization tools, operates under a shared or floating licensing model, and supports scalable computing environments.
