Presolicitation Notice VISN 15 IV Room Certification and Personnel Training

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking quotes for IV room certification and personnel training services. The services include competency validation, fingertip sampling, media-fill, and didactic review. The contract will require the provider to offer training and certification for new employees, as well as ongoing competency validation for existing employees. The provider will need to submit pricing for each service, including pricing for retesting hoods and other equipment.
