Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS) is seeking to purchase six OEM Bell-206B main rotor blades for its helicopters. The blades must be new and meet specific technical requirements. The contractor will be responsible for delivering the blades to a designated location. The USDA will award a firm fixed price commercial supply purchase order to the responsible quoter whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, is the best value.
• The contractor must provide a complete quote with anticipated delivery lead time for all blades supported with documentation.
• The contractor must provide information about its technical capability to meet the requirements of this contract.
• The contractor must provide information about its past performance relevant to the requirements of this contract.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to employment, taxation, and environmental protection.
