Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) is seeking a contractor to provide eggs for FCI Williamsburg in Salters, South Carolina. The contract is for the 1st quarter of FY27, from October 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026. The contractor will be required to deliver eggs to the FCI Williamsburg Warehouse, and the contract type is Firm-Fixed Price. The BOP intends to make a single award to the responsible quoter whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the government.
• The contractor must provide eggs that meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation, including U.S. Grade A, Medium, 30 Dozen per case.
• The contractor must deliver eggs to the FCI Williamsburg Warehouse, 8301 U.S. Hwy 521, Salters, SC 29590, between 8:00AM - 12:00 PM EST Monday – Friday, unless otherwise specified in SOW.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and handling.
• The contractor must provide pricing that includes no more than four decimal points.
• The contractor must complete Section 17a of Standard Form 1449, including Company Name, Phone Number, Point of Contact, and Unique Entity ID (UEI).
