Fence and Gate - Lewisburg

The State of Tennessee, Military Department is requesting bids for the installation of a new fence and gates at the Army National Lewisburg facility. The project includes the installation of approximately 371 linear feet of 7-foot tall security fence, a 20-foot wide cantilever gate, and approximately 466 linear feet of 6-foot tall chain link fence with barbed wire. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment to complete the job as specified. The bid price shall include all materials, equipment, and labor. • The project requires a mandatory site visit for all bidders. • The contractor shall provide all measurements, and the State will not pay any additional cost due to errors in measurements. • The contractor shall furnish and install access controls, heavy-duty gate operators, and other accessories as specified. • Alternatives to the specified Ameristar Impasse II fence and gates are allowed, but the vendor must provide documentation and spec sheets to show that the alternative product is superior.
