IDIQ Boundary Maintenance, Mountain Home Project Office

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District, is seeking a contractor to provide boundary line maintenance services within the area of responsibility of the Mountain Home Project Office. The services include locating and marking survey monuments, painting the boundary line, setting monument and online posts, affixing witness post signage, identifying and logging trespasses/encroachments, and clearing vegetation. The contract is for a base period with four option periods, and the contractor must provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the work. The contract has a guaranteed minimum of $2,500.00 on the base period, and the contractor must have an active Federal Government contracts registration in SAM to be eligible for award. • The contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with a NAICS code of 561730, Landscaping Services. • The performance period is from the date of contract award to January 31, 2031, with option periods from February 1, 2027, to January 31, 2031. • The contractor must provide a technical proposal, pricing schedule, and other required documents as part of the quotation. • The award will be based on price and past performance. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Service Contract Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
