The total approximate scope is 850,000 cubic yards, and the in-water work window is from 01 July 2026 to 31 October 2026. Interested vendors must submit documentation, including a point of contact, CAGE Code, Unique Entity ID number, and a statement of capability. • The project involves dredging work in the Yaquina River downstream of Toledo, OR via clamshell. • The total approximate scope is 850,000 cubic yards, depending on project needs and funding availability. • The in-water work window is from 01 July 2026 to 31 October 2026. • Vendors must be registered in the DOD System for Award Management (SAM) via https://www.sam.gov. • Small businesses under NAICS 237990 or similar size standards are encouraged to participate.
