Description
The City of New Rochelle is seeking bids for the Ruby Dee Park Kiosk Improvements project. The project involves removing and replacing the existing roof, as well as other related work. The bid documents and specifications can be downloaded from the City's website. A pre-bid meeting will be held on December 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
• The project includes removing and replacing the existing roof system, including roof drainage, and installing a new EPDM roofing system.
• The contractor shall verify the locations and heights of all roof planes, exterior building features, and equipment curbs and supports.
• The contractor shall protect all existing roof-mounted equipment, ductwork, conduit, vent stacks, and other existing rooftop items.
• The contractor shall reconnect and reinstall all existing roof-mounted electrical and mechanical equipment and devices as required upon completion of the new roofing system.
• The contractor is responsible for all damages to the interior and exterior of the building that result from the work.
