Description
The project involves the furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, and related services to the HMA Overlay of the existing parking lot at the Mt. Pleasant Transportation Service Center. The work includes paving the parking lot. The bid responses require proof of State Project Registration from the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity and must be uploaded to SIGMA VSS.
• The project requires a 5% bid security.
• The project is located at 1212 Corporate Drive, Mt. Pleasant, MI 48858.
• A mandatory pre-bid walkthrough meeting will be held on March 10, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
• Questions must be emailed to Jeannette Reinhardt by March 13, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
• Bid responses must be submitted by March 25, 2026, at 2:00 pm.
